We do not accept returns for other reasons, such as a simple change of heart or a size error.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available.
If you would like an exchange, please return the item you received and place a new order.

*Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
*In your return request, please upload at least one photo of the problematic part of the item.
*Viaplain reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

- Damage or loss of accessories such as tags, hangers, packaging, etc.
- Stains, odours (perfume, air freshener, body lotion, etc.) or other signs of wear have damaged the value of the product.
- The product has been damaged by washing other than as specified on the care label.
